Sometimes the comments, albeit harsh, are purrfect for opening up a dialogue. I believe in having those conversation whenever possible because I’ve seen the a-ha moments, the shift, the change of perspective. Helping cats and their people motivates me everyday to keep sharing and learning more about these amazing cats to whom we’ve devoted our lives. Thanks for being a part of it and for sharing your experiences, too. I absolutely love it when other viewers comment to offer their insight and try to encourage open-mindedness by sharing their experiences. I also get a chuckle from the ones who clap-back and set things straight.
To that end, I’ve decided to share some of the less than happy comments posted on my videos along with my own responses and those of my purrific viewers. May the Catty Comments & Comebacks educate, enlighten, and entertain.

I have a rescued Silver Persian that was abandoned at the tender age of 1 year, after being 4-paw declawed. He was a matted mess when we adopted him during the winter. I took him to a groomer to shave out the mats which turned out to be his entire tummy, groin, armpits, and around his ears. Attila is not much for grooming via comb and brush but he very much approves of his Lion Cut 3 times per year. After his shave down, he loves to run around the house like a kitten! Now seven years later, I had to begin the process of finding a new groomer when ours had to retire due to illness. 🙁 But in the back of my mind, I always wanted to learn to do this when the time came. Well the time is now so I’ve been binge watching cat grooming videos when I came upon your Youtube channel. I love how you handle and relate to the cats you groom. You clearly have a deep connection with them. 🙂 Thank you for the encouragement in your videos!
